The PLANUM PV-XS module is suitable for the PLANUM GENERON roof tile. The covering width corresponds to two roof tiles (PLANUM GENERON) and the variable covering length is between 32.5 and 34.0 cm. The modules are equipped with suspension hooks, which are used to hang them on the roof battens and screw them in place, and they also have locks on both side ends that correspond to the locks of the PV tile. With a required roof area of approximately 6.6 m² per 1 kWp of output, these two models are also among the most efficient solar tile systems on the market. The longer covering length leads to a slightly higher proportion of the frame, which is used for the aesthetic notch on the lower edge of the tile. This notch simulates the joint between the tiles and thus underlines the aesthetics of the roof tiles.
